Fintech / Buy Now, Pay Later
Instacash
Bringing Buy Now, Pay Later to Central Europe — 10,000+ customers and a 64% cart conversion rate.

The Challenge
Buy Now, Pay Later was already popular in Western Europe — about 20% of German online purchases used it — but no such option existed in Hungary. Consumers had limited disposable income, traditional consumer credit couldn't be completed entirely online, and a personal loan application took at least 30 minutes. Western BNPL models, built around different payment structures, wage systems and legal frameworks, didn't transplant directly into Central European conditions.
The Solution
LogiNet built a full BNPL platform in three months, on a React PWA / Node.js stack running on PCI DSS compliant infrastructure:
- A Merchant Portal alongside the Partner Portal and Customer Application, letting merchants register and configure their own offering
- Repayment terms localized from the Western standard of 3 months to 6 months, with merchant-configurable products, eligibility and minimum amounts
- Aggreg8 for PSD2 open-banking connectivity, Barion for card payments and token storage, Comnica ID for 24/7 digital identification and video authentication
- A white-label integration API, built for Unas and Logishop stores
- An automated scoring engine that reads PSD2 bank data — income, existing debts — with income verification as a fallback
